"Property location was great, right off the main strip, not far from the beaches or old nice. The air conditioning worked very well. The rooms were still dirty and had some damage to the door. We were moved to another room which wasnt much better. There were some small bugs. It was a very budget hotel. It would be fine if you are solo or arent expecting any amenities."

"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."
