"Overall we had a rough experience here and due to that I will no longer be using VRBO. It was hard to communicate with the host, the place wasn't as advertised (it only slept 16 when the ad said 20), and the place was dirty, we had to clean the pool, outdoor area, kitchen, and there was garbage sitting in bags in the front. We expressed our concerns about to the host and she said if we didn't like it we could cancel. Rough experience and the host dropped in unannounced our first morning. Overall...

"This chalet was perfectly placed for exploring both Alcala de Henares and Madrid, due to its location close to the train station, and the luxury of a wonderful pool at the end of a hot day was unbeatable! It's very well equipped, and the finishes are very nice."

"Es una casa muy completa te sientes muy comodo, la calefaccion es fantastica y realmentr disfrutas la estancia en un ambiente familiar muy acojedor volveriamos a repetir lastima que hansido solo tres noches , susana es una chica 10 esta atenta a todo mil y mil gracias por confiar en nuestra acogida y hemos cuidado vuestra casa como si fuera la nuestra.... hasta la proxima"

"We had a very good time. The house is foreseen of everything you need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is a big kitchen, a very large private garden with big swimming pool. The swimming pool is suitable for both litlle children as adults as well as 50/50 is shallow and deep. Cannot think of anything to complain... It's a quiet environment but just an hour from Madrid to have some nice city trips. After a day Madrid, drop in the pool, set the BBQ on fire and relax :-)"

"die Eigentümerin ( hat einen netten Blumennamen) und ihr Mann Jörg (Hamburger Jung) sind richtige Knaller. Sehr net und unterhaltsam.Wir konten am Tag der Abreise am Abend auschecken, da unser Flug spät abends war. Toll. Werde auf jeden Fall dort wieder einchecken. Bis bald Jörg mit seiner Blume."
