"We stayed one night at Tante Arlette and got a warm welcome and a drink. We had booked a superior room, but were a bit disappointed that it had no external window. The cleaning was also not perfect and there were spots on the madrass. Otherwise the room was ok.

"Overall the accommodation was pretty clean but it could use an end of season touch up to remove some cobwebs and such. The property manager was excellent in communicating directions and helping with a few minor problems. As with most of Martinique, the road to the units is steep and somewhat narrow. After a week of daily excursions it became a bit arduous driving back and forth from the hwy. If the weather is good and you have all your groceries, chilling out at the property by the pool every other day would be my recommendation. If not for the location and the water going out on our last day I would likely give 5 stars."
