"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

He also gave nearby recommendations for cafes etc. - our favorite was Fornaio Caffe- fresh, delicious pastries and coffee. We were able to catch the Z311 bus and get off on the stop before the Gessate Station.
