"Very far from anywhere. We took the metro and it was still far from the metro, bus is rare so we had to take a shuttle car. Qualiano seemed to be a remote area and far from central Naples. We knew from other reviews it was gonna be far but didn't know it was this far haha. Breakfast were only croissants and cereals. Room was a bit too small for 4 people, but the other room for 2 people was quite nice and spacious. The bathroom is also small, no place to put your bathroom amenities. Everytime we need to go out, we need to give our keys to the receptionist, which i don't understand why because I've never experienced such thing in other hotels. The AC is controlled by the receptionist, so if you need to turn the AC on, you need to tell them. However, we appreciate the help from the receptionist for arranging taxi for us to go to the airport."

"Amazing breakfast included - anything you might want. Had a good reasonably priced supper here one night. Well-run hotel with charming staff who looked after us (and others in our wedding party) very well. Short walk from railway station and shops so very convenient.Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and value."
