"the rooms were absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets and walls, broken chairs, broken sink. we also felt very unsafe and had the man in the room next to use make leud comments and actions towards us. staff was made aware and walked us to the room which was great but still just not a good experience at all "

"The hotel was extremely dirty, to the point that I felt uncomfortable staying. I left after only one hour in the building. I would strongly advise against booking this location. There is another Holiday Inn Express in Carlisle that is clean and well maintained — unfortunately, this one was not."
