"The parking was easy an it felt safe. We could see the car through the window. We tried calling the front desk to ask why our T.V. wasn't working but when we tried talking, the clerk couldn't hear us but we could hear her. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get answers. Although she told us what to do about the T.V., she only apologized about the phone. It could have been bad if something went wrong and needed help. Otherwise everything was great."

"Our stay was great from check-in to check out. The building is older but very well maintained and clean. We traveled with our small dog and have to say that they have a very reasonable pet fee of $25. Plenty of grassy areas for pet relief with friendly signs reminding people to clean up after their pets. The location is ideal as it is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The breakfast spread was a great variety and the breakfast crew kept the food stocked, fresh, and area clean. Our room was very clean and well maintained. While there is no microwave in the room, there is one available in the hotel lobby for use. Maybe not as many modern frills as some chains, but we found this hotel to be an excellent choice and even joined their loyalty program. "

"Unfortunately, there was no breakfast menu. All of the chaffing dishes were empty. Every last one of them. Mentioned it to the staff...very uninterested. Could careless. We stayed here because it had breakfast. Ended up going across the street and grabbing something before heading to PJW State wrestling. "
