"For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited.
Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or they pick and choose which guests to speak nicely to. "
