"We chosen this spot as a 2 night stay so we could visit Carlsbad Caverns. What a great location. Short drive to the park. As for the amenities everything was top notch for an older building....and so so clean. I dontoften tip the cleaning staff byt I did this time. Leo at the front desk was amazing and helpful. We needed supplies for our road tri and Walmart was right next door and walkable. Diner two nights in a row at the Chinese Buffet 5 min walk. Was.a.little sad that the hot tub was out of order but thesethings happen. Breakfast at hotel amazing both days. They also put out cookies at night. Coffee always seemed to be on and hot."

"A BIG compliment to Ethan who quickly solved a room issue (broken bathroom door, carpet, noise) very efficiently and quickly. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Places to eat were within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was good and a lot of choices. Overall a nice stay during a long road trip."
