"They were remodeling during our stay, the toilet took several attempts to flush, a/c didn’t really work (wasn’t a huge deal since it was rainy and chilly outside) the remote didn’t work on the tv so only had one channel."

"Clean room"

"The rooms were older and not well taken care of. It was not very clean. I don't know how in the world it got a score of 8 on the reviews. I would probably give it a 3."

"When we arrived the front desk person was so unfriendly. I asked for a corkscrew because I'd bought a nice bottle of wine and "no" was what we heard. No trying to be helpful-just NO. Breakfast on Saturdays is available at 10am when the app says 7am, it was Indian food served at a food truck parked at the property, not burritos as other reviews showed, we had reservations at the caverns at 10:30 so we couldn't stay for breakfast but they offer to prepare coffee if we wanted, we just ended going to a gas station and getting food there. If you are a free spirited person and doesn't care for luxury, this place...
