"It was very clean, spacious, and modern accommodation with crispy clean beddings and comfortable beds. There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. I travel a lot and I have never given 10 out of 10 to any accommodation before, but I am happy to do it now."

"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. "Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"This property is a short walk from everywhere. About 10 mins from station and 5 mins from almost everything else (shops/pubs/bars/turkish baths). As well as its convenient location, the property itself is very clean and well equipped. Our one small issue is the bed was a bit lumpy but would definitely consider staying again"

"The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "
