"Lakesha was a delightful young lady who checked me in. The stay was great. The only negative was the room next to me was full of unsupervised children who ran screaming down the hallway close to bedtime. But that was not the hotels fault. I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. My daughter in law worked in the restaurant during high school decades ago so I was curious to see if it was maintained well. It was a pleasant surprise to find it so clean and modern! It’s a nice place with shopping and restaurants nearby. "

"Everything was wonderful. I stay at the Ethan Allen when I’m in the area. Lately it has been because my mother has had to go into long term care in Danbury. Very stressful, but at the end of the day I come back to a restful room, smiling and accommodating staff, and good food so I don’t have to go searching for something eat. Thank all of you for your hospitality. "

"Overall my experience was good. I was hoping for more scrambled eggs and bacon. There was a homeless guy living in his car that was a bit nerve racking, but otherwise harmless. "

"The hard floors in my hotel room made my feet filthy. There was some strange color stains on the blankets that was there when I first arrived at the room."

"I had to change my rm because the toilet sprayed water on me but they were accommodating. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean and the location was convenient."

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is lackluster, I was looking at the highway for the most part and parking lot. Must go’s are the outlet malls which is a 10 minute drive with the stoplights. Parking is almost impossible."
