What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!

I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze.
