"Great little hotel convenient located. The hosts and staff are great. Real lovely people. Cute hotel. It’s a bit outdated look wise. Authentic is ood, but slightly old fashioned. But that’s okay. The only negative comment I had is that the shower cabin was very tight, though the bathroom was big. And the mattress is really hard, too much so that i woke up with sore shoulders and hips."

"It was some disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about what type of room was booked, but it was definitely not the one advertised by Travelocity. We complained but the hotel management indicated that they couldn’t do anything about it and to complain directly to Travelocity and we did but nothing was done. Beautiful hotel.
"Above average in most categories. We loved our stay at Bernini. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received surprise champagne for my fiancés birthday free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only negative for me was the lack of space for luggage as there was nowhere to unpack or keep the suitcases out of the way. The view was great and the window let in a lot of natural light. We would 100% stay here again should we come to Florence in the future! "
