"Found “body hair” on the clean hand towels. Floors could use a scrubbing between guests. All that aside, nice and newer property. We did feel somewhat “dirty” sleeping in the sheets, so we opted to stay above the covers. Great staff, very welcoming. I didn’t care for having to pay extra for parking as well as for the continental breakfast. Call me old fashioned, but I expect those to be included in my stay with this chain."

"Front desk was rude to my boyfriend. Wouldn’t help him get another room key called the cops on him completely ignored him. We checked out a day early and they said that we could contact Expedia and they would handle a refund with the hotel. Contacted Expedia they said they contacted the hotel and the hotel did not respond. Paid an extra over $100 for a night we did not stay after the front desk told us we would get a refund. "

"Used the shuttle service. Took a bit to find them. It was a plain unmarked black shuttle bus. The driver eventually found me because I told him what I was wearing. Breakfast had a good variety of warm and cold food options."

"Should be noted that it's between a hwy and train yard where you will likely hear horns and brake squeal. Suite was updated nicely but parking lot had some potholes. Most disappointing was the continental breakfast. Toast, and 2 cereals and waffles, but no jams, jellies etc. Better off to go to Waffle House"
