"Giovanna greeted us when we arrived and took care of us for the 3 day visit. It’s right in the heart of Cosenza. Perfect location, breakfast was included at a bar across the street to get the local Italian experience. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "

"This is an excellent location for someone visiting home the first time. It was affordable, excellent installations with great staff. Walking distance to he Basilica of Saint Mary Major, a church, where Pope Francis is going to buried and close to colosseum. "

The staff was so very nice to everyone there and to me this is the place to go to the beach and you have a secure place to stay and that’s very important at this time.
