These were some of the best hotel staff I have encountered on my extended 3 month trip around Europe. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only concerns we had was the neighborhood was a bit rough and the walk to Oliver Plunket Street using the back alley (per our GPS instructions) for dinner was somewhat concerning. We took the walk back along the quayside by the bus terminal and that had better lighting and felt somewhat safer. I would recommend staying here. "
