I was only there for one night, and gone early in the morning, so it served my needs. I don't think I'd want an extended stay, but it worked for what I needed."

"Cosmo Hotel Palace from 14-16th April 2026. Overall experience was disappointing. Lifts were extremely slow, 2 out of 3 not working, causing major disruption, especially while travelling with two young children. Service at checkout was also poor, requested help with luggage but was left to manage eight bags and a stroller alone. From outside building looks good, lobby looks good but the rooms are dated and smelly. For a hotel of this level, the experience felt unprofessional and below expected standards. I spoke to hotel for a potential refund and they straight away refused."
