El hotel se encuentra a 8min de la estación de metro y a 3min de la tranvía, por lo que está muy bien conectado. También tenían secadora en la habitación, lo que fue muy útil."

"Cosmo Hotel Palace from 14-16th April 2026. Overall experience was disappointing. Lifts were extremely slow, 2 out of 3 not working, causing major disruption, especially while travelling with two young children. Service at checkout was also poor, requested help with luggage but was left to manage eight bags and a stroller alone. From outside building looks good, lobby looks good but the rooms are dated and smelly. For a hotel of this level, the experience felt unprofessional and below expected standards. I spoke to hotel for a potential refund and they straight away refused."
