"I had a wonderful stay at B&B L'Escale Côte Bleue. Hélène was a warm and welcoming host who met me at the gate for check-in. She was easy to communicate with, flexible, and made me feel right at home.
The location is perfect for exploring the Côte Bleue, with an easy walk to the beautiful waterfront and several scenic walking and hiking trails nearby. Sausset-les-Pins is a charming, quiet town, and it's a great place to relax while still being close to both Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. Just be aware that many of the local shops close early, so it's a good idea to plan ahead.
I stayed in the detached guest house, which was comfortable, private, and had air conditioning, something I really appreciated during the heatwave. The bed was very comfortable, and having access to the pool was an added bonus.
One of the highlights of my stay was breakfast each morning. Hélène's homemade jams were incredible, especially the lemon marmalade. I'm still thinking about it! I also enjoyed sharing breakfast with the other guests. It was fun getting to meet people from different places and hear about their travels.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend B&B L'Escale Côte Bleue to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the French coast."
