"When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, I tried to use the automatic system, but this asked for me to pay the full price, of which I had already paid most of it through the Expedia app. I had to then call the hotel and the staff came down and checked me in.
When I entered the room, it stunk of chlorine, making it hard to breathe. The shower was not fully clean and the toiletries (2 bottles of hand soap) were not good.
The rooms were not sound proofed at all and when lying in my bed, I had several ants climb over the bed and myself. The free WiFi advertised only covered the reception area and was private with the only way of accessing it by scanning a qr code on the owner's phone. The breakfast was ok, but not great. Very little option, with several vending machines and machines not working.
The location of the property is good however, with the bus stop close by, several beaches less than an hour walk and 2 large supermarkets very close by including a few restaurants/ take out places."
