"There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in, but it was rectified rather quickly and to our satisfaction. The room was quaint and verify comfortable. The washroom was a bit dated but, they are in the process of updating some of the rooms in the wing we were in. Had a lovely view of City Hall. I loved being able to let in some fresh air! "Ballyrobin was great! Very clean, comfortable bed & facilities, everything you could look. Forward to in a 4 star hotel . Only thing that let it down was the food menu was a little bit more than I expected butt the food was good Thank you."
