"No communication on property being under construction. Check-in process was hard to find as it is in a different building. TV in my room didn't work. Good location though...could walk into town."

"Basically there was no breakfast. Granola bar and some cookies. The shower was great, the bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the space could use a paint job, chipped paint on the walls etc.."

"The hotel is fairly new, which means everything is clean, modern, and free of “mystery stains.” The staff is friendly and helpful, but there was one guy who was giving a very stern message about making sure the door between the desk and office was closed. Breakfast is decent, though other Home2Suites I’ve stayed at offer more choices and fresher pastries. I’d love to see this location step it up and give the other hotels a run for their money. The fitness room had some great options: elliptical, treadmill, spin bike, hand weights, that all‑in‑one machine that looks like it could double as a Transformer, plus mats and foam rollers. There’s even a laundry room right off the gym, which will be great when I finally have the extra time to spend a weekend before or after my client visits. I didn’t check out the pool, but the dining room and patio offer a gorgeous view of the mountains. I've been there during cooler weather and between the view and the cute downtown, I find myself researching housing costs."

"This is a quaint older hotel going through some repairs. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good place to rest your head on a long drive. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, white toast w/ butter and jelly, orange juice,coffee, and fruit. Enough to take the edge off and get ready for another long drive."

"The room were clean, but the beds are hard as a rock and like sleeping on a brick. The Hotel Front desk agents were great and an easy check in. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff in the cafe was rude and unpleasant. The food was inconsistent and cold. We came over for the bowling tournament, and it was the first and last time staying there. In the bowling alley the snack bar only had one person working and they would take a few orders and then close in down. While closed down we could not get a refill on a soda because they were closed. Then when the food was all served, they would reopen. When you have a tournament that take the whole bowling alley you need to staff accordingly."

"The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway."

"Hands down, the place to stay when in Carson City. Absolutely Best Experience. We were able to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms, we were impressed and very happy during our stay.! Will be returning in Summer!"

"for the price, room was good and sufficient had soap and shampoo included, breakfast was very basic just okay, parking is free but on holiday weekend it may get full, front desk staff very friendly would likely stay again"
