"Was a wonderful home for all our family, the home was so well stocked and clean for all our needs, adults and grandchildren. Everyone had a very special time. The kitchen was amazing and all 14 of us had plenty of room. Great home for travel with family and friends. We all have beautiful memories of staying here forever. The hosts are excellent, couldn't ask for anyone better."

"This property has some pros and cons: On the pro side: There are 3 queens and a king bed, the king having the on suite bath. So with the beds and 3 1/2 baths, there are plenty of large beds and baths. It can be difficult to find a unit with this many queens and kings--they often have bunk or twin beds. The common space on the third floor is nice--open concept with a small deck. The Cons: The bathroom sink on the bottom floor wasn't draining. Gross! We had a power outtage due to a fire near Reno, but got no response whatsoever from the AvantStay emergency number. We were left to wait and wonder for the entire evening. The kitchen reviews said it is well stocked. We didn't find that to be the case. It only has 4 full size forks, and the usual bad frying pans that BnB's usually have. The cupboards need the shelf lining replaced and a good deep cleaning. Some of the decor is tired. It needs new area rugs. The area rug under the dining table is definitely a tripping hazard--it appears to be a big blanket, and not a rug at all. Other rugs are old and soiled. So some good, some bad. We probably will avoid AvantStay properties in the future. No excuse for zero communication during a full power outtage for 4 hours."

"This property was exactly as advertised- beautifully appointed and fabulous lake views! The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked and had a variety of coffee brewers for those discerning connoisseurs. Several in our party enjoyed the massage chair and the bidets in every bathroom were a hit! The yard was lovely and provided a great space for our pup to run. We even had a visit one morning from a mama bear and her three cubs! There are plenty of stairs - something to keep in mind if any in your party have challenges. Plenty of parking for our group (5 cars - 15 people). The host was very responsive and helpful with securing private beach passes and boat rental recommendations. We had a wonderful stay!"
