We had a wonderful weekend at Old Greenwood celebrating a friend’s wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! So far the best 5-star hotel I've stayed at. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the valet, and bags were taken in by the staff. Complimentary champagne and wine during check-in. I was also given a short tour of the resort and everything you can do. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The rooms were adjoined to others but this was not an issue. Great place to stay!

The Peppermill never fails to exceed my expectations as it always basks us in luxury and comfort as well as style. The Tuscany Towers never disappoints

We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The property location was ideal for shopping, eating, and ease of access to the freeway. The property itself also had a lot of things to do (swimming, basketball, access to a little lake, outside fire pit, etc.).

The Hotel had a warm feel about it and close enough to walk to the downtown area. They have an indoor pool/hot tub and a bar downstairs. Was a fun place to stay.

I’ve stayed here before and LOVED it! It looks a little dated on the outside but has been completely redone inside and is lovely, and the staff is FANTASTIC! It’s so clean and nice.

We stayed at this property 6 years ago when it was affiliated with our timeshare. We liked it then, but we really loved our stay this time. Love the ambiance, but not crazy about additional charge for parking & additional charge for breakfast. Those were not charged before. But, overall, it was a great stay.

Arrived to hotel at 4:15PM for check-in. Reception tell us the room is not ready for check-in and ask us to wait at the living room and gave us free tickets to get drinks at the bar. Got the keys to the room one hour later. When we check-out and asked for 1-hour late check-out but only given 1/2 hour for later checkout.

Nothing fancy when it comes to the rooms, but excellent staff and possibly the best espresso drinks in the area!

This place was so cozy with such a wonderful staff. The restaurant was excellent as well! Hav already recommended to our friends!

The casino allows smoking. At times I could smell the cigarette smoke even inside my room.

From our greeting at the door to warm goodbye at the end of our stay, Linda and Johan made our stay sensational. We experienced all the things that you would expect at a great B&B (comfy bed, tourist info, clean bathroom, etc). What made our stay amazing was the excellent food, real conversations with them, and above-and-beyond service. Part of me is sad that we had to leave this wonderful place. Great location. Close to wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a view of the lake too!

My husband and I enjoyed so many of the different activities offered at the GSR. Customer service was great from everyone and love our experiences there. Food was great wherever went as well.
