"The room was clean enough, I guess. I was given a room on the 3rd floor that did have a lake view. That was nice.
The washed towels still had stains on them. Btw, this may have been a temporary problem, but the water from the faucet and shower was brown at the beginning. I went to the front desk and they charged me $2.00 per bottle of water. Even though I paid for 2 nights, I left after the first night itself.
For $350 per night including taxes, I expected a lot more from this place. I was...
"The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers."
