Beautiful views, great location. Very safe. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Roof top pool. The host is very communicative throughout my entire stay, and always responded in a timely manner. I enjoyed this place very much, however there was only one problem, there was power outages 2 days out of the 6 days that I was there which was a bit inconvenient as it was very hot and difficult to sleep without any air or to charge my phone. I wasn’t going to mention it the first time it happened, but the second time was a bit too much. However the host was very helpful and granted a late checkout since my flight wasn’t until later on that afternoon.

There’s no housekeeping unless you order it and you have to pay extra for that service each day also for renting an apartment you can’t have guests around in the building or in your apartment there is no laundry facilities here to do your laundry. Checking in and checking out is totally ridiculous. You have to check out by 11 am and check in after 3 pm I arrived at 11 am and was not allowed to check in until 3 pm. But for a place that has 33 floors with plenty of apartments free especially on my floor. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. When you’re waiting to check in the reception area is full there was nowhere to sit in the swimming pool area. There’s no deck chairs for you to sit on the flooring gets really really hot on a hot day. The step ladder on the pool is very unsteady. U-Go 47 need to change there no visitor policy.

Do not rent here. The neighborhood is unsafe, the apartment smell horrible all the time. And there is a construction since 8:00am to 5:00pm everyday. Terrible experience here.
