"The room was incredibly clean and well kept, the cleaning staff were timely and diligent every day; only concern is the limited closet space, I was there with my Fiancé for 8 days, and there was only one small closet for both of our things, we made it work, but just a word of warning. The pools were both great, the breakfast and coffee were generous and delicious. The staff were what really stood out, everyone was friendly, helpful and always had a smile."

"This hotel is a great stay close to the airport. The rooms were great. The bathroom is tiny but comes with shampoo and conditioner. Our room had an ocean view with a balcony and chairs Breakfast is included and it was great!!!! So many options and really tasty! Only real negative is the beach. It is across the street and right now there is no access and is under construction. So if you want the beach you have to travel down the street to get to it. Overall really great hotel"

"The room was lovely; large, clean, well appointed with all the amenities would would expect from a 5* hotel Check in was the strangest check in I have ever experienced, we arrived to ridiculously long queues and instead of inviting people to sit, maybe with a welcome drink, we all stood in these queues for nearly half an hour. The check in itself took nearly 15mins with a whole series of forms which, in my opinion could have been pre-sent by email or done on an iPad away from the main check in desks. Even with the extensive check in; the staff didn’t give some important information, including the fact that you needed to make reservations for dinner in the hotel restaurants… the first night we almost didn’t eat because of this!! Breakfast was very good, so many options, great coffee and freshly cooked egg station. A couple of things to note, each time you sign something to your room they add 10% service… in addition to this, upon checkout they add an additional ‘resort fee’ to your invoice (for us it was another £30 per night) … we queried this and subsequently asked for it to be removed, but it seemed strange that it had been added in the first place as this was never mentioned during check in either."
