    Gated community with lovely green spaces. The first point of access is the complex’s gatehouse, where you must show identification to enter Apartment 104 in Tower 14. The apartment has a digital lock. Capriella features a gym, a coworking space, a swimming pool for adults and children, a playground, parking, and 24/7 private security.
    The complex is part of the Serena del Mar community; therefore, access to Murallas Beach requires a prior reservation for chairs and a tent through the “Mi Comunidad SDM” app—the username and password will be sent upon your arrival.
    Additionally, about a 5-minute drive from the complex is the Ramblas Mall, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, etc., to get basic supplies during your stay; they offer delivery, and you’ll find a folder in the apartment with their contact numbers. You can also download the Rappi app.
