"Location was good right off Highway 99 and across the street from Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hot tub was dirty and there were roaches running around the pool area that had no outdoor lightening. The downstairs hallway was dirty. Room was clean and very spacious."

"Older no thrills hotel near the airport. Staff was friendly and were able to help me whem my plans changed. Ended up staying only one night but worth the price and location couldn't have been more convenient"

"We booked this hotel to stay while we visited Fresno State. The hotel it directly across the street from the Save Mart center and the school. The hotel is very nice, clean, with modern rooms. We booked a studio and it was perfect for 4 adults with still lots of space. The hotel is surrounded by lots of options for lunch, dinner and coffee. The hotel has a bar and lounge area for beers and cocktails. In the morning there is complimentary breakfast with hot and cold breakfast. We used the gym but didn't have time to use the pool but it was very nice and clean. Tables chairs and loungers surrounded the pool lots so room for everyone. The staff was great very welcoming and courteous, we were greeted every time we walked in or out and they were very helpful answering any question we had. Our son is starting his freshman year at Fresno State and this is the hotel we will be staying at every time we visit."

"First off, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was surprised to find full shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles stocked in the bathroom. The room had a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge. The ac worked very well, keeping the room comfortably cool. Carpeting in the halls is old and stained, but does appear clean. The indoor pool area is very nice looking, but unfortunately the pool was so cold it wasnt comfortable for swimming, and the hot tub was out of service. There is NO SHUTTLE Service despite this being mentioned as an available service on the website. Also unfortunate is that the bar/lounge/food service wasn't operating during our stay. These things should be mentioned on websites. Breakfast wasn't bad at all - scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, milk. Can't complain. I wouldn't suggest not to stay here, as it was very clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. I'd just be prepared that some services and amenities might not be available. It's very noisy all hours of the night in the halls, I'm guessing from people coming from/going to the airport, which is right across the street. And, heat that pool up a bit. Yes, it's hot outside, but the pool was much too cold to enjoy."
