This Hotel lived up to its 9 rating. Superb location. Ample parking. Walking distance to Arroyo Grande old main street cafes, restaurants and shops. Very new and clean. Friendly staff. Nice modern rooms with a comfortable bed. Complimentary wine tasting too. Great value.

This hotel is super dog friendly! When we check in they offered us dog towels and blankets. They have a dedicated area for “doggie business” with a fake hydrant, a dog wash station and poo bags. Very close to the beach so doggies can get exercise and jump in the waves. The beach near the hotel is not very busy so you don’t have to dodge too many families.

I had a great weekend stay here. The room was very clean and spacious. I was running a full marathon the next morning, and I got the best sleep I could have asked for the night before. The staff were also kind enough to give me a late checkout, which really helped with the race-day road closures. The bathroom was clean and odorless. My only small note is the shower curtain: it's a cloth one, so I had to be careful to keep water from splashing onto the floor. Overall, a comfortable, restful...

I visit Fresno 3-4 times a year and the night before I fly back, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable so I am able to get my rest before my early flight. The shuttle driver always gets me to the airport by 3:45 and helps me with my bags. Highly recommend.

It was a bare bones facility, which is all we needed, clean and convenient to folks we were visiting, with a great cafe across the street. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. An extra blanket would have been nice, as opposed to having to turn up the heat, but we were plenty warm in the cool and rainy weather.
