"We love this hotel. They have great rooms, an excellent pool area, and an awesome breakfast. This is the second time we've stayed here, and we will return again. There were only two issues while we were there. 1) They were hosting a charity event one night and there wasn't a single parking spot available when we returned from seeing a show in Chicago. But, the staff was super helpful, and one of the front desk workers even had her follow her to her car so she could move her car and let us park in her spot. 2) The second issue was more problematic. There was an entire kids lacrosse team staying there during our final days and they were allowed to use the hotel as their personal playground. They played tag for two days in a row, running and pounding down the halls. And in the process, they also clogged all the elevators by constantly using them to chase each other from floor to floor. Not much can be done when the parents allow them to behave that way, but it would have been nice for the hotel staff to step in and try to force the parents' hands"
