"Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. "

"Quaint rental that checked all the boxes for my family’s brief getaway. It’s easy to get to and close enough to the downtown area to walk everywhere. David is very quick to respond. The rental description is mostly accurate. This is perfect for 2 people because there is only one bed. "Love this cozy downstairs apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Joyce & Michael was very helpful all along. The neighborhood is cute with an historical vibe- very decent for walking. Grocery store and Mexican restaurant less than 2 miles. Easy drive to campus. Hope to stay there again. "
