"After a very unsure booking process and rude interactions from office staff who seemd unprofessional. Finally after a few emails my booking was confirmed. It left me so distressed prior to my arrival. Complex is amazing. Beautiful snack bars and restaurants on site. Staff at restaurants were friendly and so helpful. Old town quite far to walk in the heat but a short uber. Pools excellent and kept very well. Pool zumba on a few times on days. Great fun. We really enjoyed our stay but would prefer if it was closer to old town. The complex itself is huge and a big walking distance. Plenty to do and a very nice place with beautiful gardens. Rooms aren't great soundproofing though so we were kept up a lot until late on each of the nights. Strangley there are no staff walking about during the night to keep noise pollution down."

"I think that the villa could do with some tlc needs attention as it’s looking tired - we had so many cuts on our feet from the pool missing tiles and quite a few loose ones - but overall loved the location really easy to get taxis and explore the area - had a great holiday"

"Friendly and welcoming staff. The food quality and variety were amazing. Nice facilities and entertainment throughout the day. The gym was great, only needs better ventilation. The nearest beach is 20min walking distance."
Getaway villa with heatable pool and BBQ

"We were a group of 13 staying in the villa.Communication with the host was very good, we always got a response quickly and any issues were resolved. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. All the rooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathrooms are dated and do need an upgrade. The pool area is big with a shaded seating area which we used all the time. There were 2 living areas which were comfortable for everyone to be able to sit together. Although most of the time we sat outside under the covered area. There is an issue with ants everywhere but I think this common and you just need to move all food from worktops. The location is more like a residential area but still walking distance to the strip and supermarkets. We did have to get a lot of taxis.A couple of things that need improvement - we didn’t get a change of towels for the whole week even though the host confirmed we would. So we had to keep washing the towels. We was visited twice by the pool people to clean it which was very good.Overall we had a lovely time as a group. Would I stay there again? Probably not but only due to the location."

"Villa is in a good distance from all the areas you need with a Aldi just down the road I would say the Villa is getting tiered and the security gate wasn’t working The electric does trip so you have to turn everything off if you are cooking and got the ac on at the same time"
