The people were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of options.

It's as if we had stepped back in history. The room was so spacious! I chose it because of its quirkiness, I was stunned by the size. Regretted not having a longer stay. The breakfast seemed nice but we had not taken this option. Well situated. Easy walk to many of the shops, restaurants and sites.

Great room, great staff. Good food at restaurant, ate lunch twice there, and bar very nice. Location perfect. Breakfast adequate.

We had a very good time at this property. The hosts were very curteous and brought us a bottle of sparkling wine, the included breakfast was delicious (best cappuccinos we had!), and the apartment very clean and well stoked.

This place is the best!! They even drove us to the cruise port at a normal fee, when we could get other arrangements.

We found this hotel to be well situated and very comfortable. The staff were cheerful and responsive and the breakfasts were bountiful and varied.

The best part about this hotel is the excellent location, located within walking distance of all the main sights, as well as places to eat and shop. Hotel staff was very friendly, and while the room was a little small, it was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I go back to Ravenna.

The location is great, the garden is beautiful and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

it was located in the town of Ravenna, where we could walk to the downtown area. It was an amazing town and offered numerous places to eat. Very enjoyable. Located right next to the train station and short bus ride to the pier for the cruise.

My visit was very nice. My experience has made me want to return in the future.

Cozy room at the front of the hotel which meant there was a little street noise when we opened the window during the afternoon, but perfectly fine at night. Great central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Impressive breakfast choices. All in all, very happy with our stay.

This was the most pleasant surprise on my trip. It's a local hotel but with the most inviting staff. The hotel was spotless, neat, organized. Breakfast was pure Italian which I love. Bathroom clean, nice towels and good wifi. He recommended two restaurants which were fabulous. One for wine and appetizers and another for dinner. The best cappelletti I have ever tasted at La Gardella. Anyone who come to Ravenna must go there for dinner.

The hotel is really close to the train station as claimed. Breakfast is better than expected. Enjoyed one night stay.

I stayed here in order to visit the Basilica del Sant'Apollinare in Class. Warm welcome, great food especially the half board offer for hotel guest. Many thanks for the ride to the train station in the rain. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends, family and strangers alike as you will be welcomed here. The bar and restaurant was full of locals, always a good sign.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district.

Wonderful place to stay for a truly amazing experience! The owners went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a truly amazing time.

Great communication from hotel before we arrived. Clean, great customer service, perfectly located in the town center.
