"Modern hotel. Was given the largest room I’ve ever been in! Unfortunately, I had to be moved because there was a party in the hotel and I could hear it from that room. The new room was quiet.
The parking was an extra charge to stay in the underground car park, but there was free parking right outside which is what I used. "

Staff generally not friendly or helpful. Did not offer to assist bags up or down the hotel steps for guests in their senior years. WiFi practically useless. Kept dropping out
