"From the moment we stepped in the doors, this hotel was amazing. Greeted in the lobby, took our bags from the cab into hotel. Rooms were beautiful. Staff were friendly and very informative. Hotel was near metro which made it very easy to travel around. I give this hotel 5 stars."

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, full amenities - a safe, toiletries, bidet, extra pillows, extra blanket, a desk, tv, and refrigerator. Open the window or use AC. Hot breakfast buffet in AM was delicious, w classic Italians coffees. Staff was kind, very helpful and very accommodating. They assisted w tickets for tour, showed nearby bus stop for easy transit into town. We went to nearby local grocery store to buy fruit, supplies for sandwiches and beer. Then, borrowed a bottle opener from the hotel bar. This made our stay very comfortable! Highly recommend staying at the BW Blu Hotel."

"Hotel is lovely, lots of seating areas and roof top pool is lovely. Just a few little things that could be fine tuned. The pillows look amazing and fluffy but go completely flat once laid on will definitely feel a stiff neck after your first night. For some reason there is no toilet at the rooftop pool which I find crazy. Air con in the room really isn’t great and seems to reset back to 26 degrees regardless of what it’s set to, not bad for our visit in May but come summer could see it being a deal breaker. And we got sandwiches from the rooftop bar which were given to us frozen for some reason. Overall the grounds are lovely, most of the staff are delightful, cleaners where like clockwork in the room everyday and despite the toilet sitch the pool which there aren’t a lot of in Rome is lovely to sit at all afternoon. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t have it while there but if you get a good deal I would say it’s worth considering Also the little restaurant over the road Osteria buio is actually gorgeous food carbonara was one of the best I’ve had if you couldn’t be bothered with the busy centre one night. Colleseums just over a mile away"

"Men of women of different ages settled in the same room because of this people came at different times it was inconvenient to go to the bathroom , the lock on my door(of my bed)did not work when I came home I found that someone was opening my bed cause the door was open. Sleeping was unbearable because all the time someone came and left at any time of the night and the noise was unreal"

"the staff here are amazing!! they are willing to help and are super friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with breads, sweats, cereals, vegetables and your regular breakfast sides (egg, beans, bacon). they have a coffee machine and togo cups available as well. there’s a snack and water vending machine on the ground floor as well. they also have a morning and night shuttle that takes you to and from a train station if you are planning to go visit any of the tourist sites. the slots do fill up quickly tho, with the maximum of 8 people i believe, so be sure to let the front desk know asap. also a side note, if you are coming from the US do not order uber eats at 2am! lol i know it is normal to do so in the US but this hotel has a no outside food policy and after night time (not sure exactly what time) they will lock the doors as well."

"Paulo was fantastic!! He referred me to some great record shops in Rome. The breakfast was terrific! He also referred us to some awesome local restaurants. ALSO, he was very fast on grabbing us taxi's to get around the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Rome."
