"There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. "It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard. "

"The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus to have in the apartment. The air conditioning was amazing, and the owner was super helpful with questions and communicating. The owner also left a wonderful notebook of tips for visiting Rome. "I was a little apprehensive about booking this place when I saw the pullout bed but I stand corrected. It was surprisingly comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping.
