"Once you got inside, the building was clean, but the bathroom smelled like trash, possibly from venting in air from the visibly dirty street outside the building. Staff was helpful when in the building, which was not often. Overall the stay was nice"

"The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is very lively and has lots of restaurants and shops to cater to all of your needs.
Titi made sure to welcome us personally and made us feel right at home.
Piccolo Donne is the perfect place to visit all of Naples and is only a short walk (ca. 11’) from Naples’ central train station."

"Excellent location to navigate a Napoli visit. There is no front desk.you must contact the host. It's self check in which was a bit confusing at first but once accomplished, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend"

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning and the fridge were especially great considering we visited during the heatwave. The hotel was also near Napoli Centrale and various shops and restaurants, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Would recommend!"

"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"Hotel was in a good location which was close to tourist spots and fairly walkable distance. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I loved that breakfast was included and that there was a pool."
"This was such a convenient, wonderful stay in Naples! It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, and it's a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient given we were taking a train to Sorrento later that evening. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide array of options and we were able to eat it outside on the top floor on the terrace with a panoramic view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius, which was a great way to start our trip!"
"The hotel is in a nice location, serves a delicious breakfast, and the staff are wonderful.
Having stayed here 10 years ago, I did notice the property could use a bit of updating particularly in the bathroom. On the bright side, the shower pressure was amazing! However, the shower tap was a bit wonky, and the glass door didn't seal properly, making it nearly impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Additionally, the basin tap couldn't be turned on fully because it hit the mirror above it.
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The only tweak I'd suggest is the playlist: full-on rave/disco music is a bit intense for 7:00 AM, a calmer vibe would suit the morning much better!"
"Location location location, many steps, however staff helpful. Breakfast welcomed, however frugal. I had fabulous views from the room. My bathroom was opposite the room crossing the entry to next door. Noisy not soundproof when loud neighbours. Altogether good value for money. Close to other high end hotels for waterfront dinners"
