"We had 3 rooms booked for a wedding in the area. I called the day before to request an early check in. I was told it was $30 per room for an early check in so I told the person please just charge one room for early check in and we will get ready in one room. When I got to the desk they proceeded to check us in for all the rooms - I was thinking - cool - all the rooms are ready already. We got charged $36 for each room. When I called to dispute it - they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Horrible communication at the desk - would not stay here again "

"The room was clean but our room was next to the door that led outside and the door slammed all hours of the day and night loudly. The breakfast had good options if you're not traveling with allergies/restrictions."
