The free continental breakfast was excellent, very big selection to choose from. The location is great easy to get around . They also speak English. The staff was very friendly & nice . The have 24 hour room service."

"The hotel is in a good area for walking to local attractions in casco viejo. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The downside is the club on the roof that can be loud so have earplugs or headphones available "

"Great staff, service, food. The only thing is there was no hand towel and every day, they were changing out towels, even though we did not put them on the floor, so it’s not eco-friendly. They provided fresh cold water in the lobby so we were able to fill our bottles. The rest was amazing! "
