Atendimento nota mil, e tudo super organizado e limpo, durante toda a nossa estadia os nossos quartos foram limpos todos os dias. "Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "

"We stayed for three nights at this cosy boutique hotel and we had a wonderful time. It has a direct private access to the beach front. Private parking is also a big plus in Buzios. The view from the room is outstanding. I highly recommended. "
