Tony Roma’s was not as nice, they refused to seat us because we had kids and the meal deal for them and told us take out only and to use the community area around the corner to eat even though we were ordering food on top of the family meal deal. They then took forever and ignored us when we were right at the counter. The grand water park was fun and the hotel was clean with lots of activities. The breakfast wasn’t kid friendly "

"Loved the hotel. Had a good view of the Mississippi. Loved the bar and restaurant. Was able to take drinks from bar to our room. I think you could order food and all to the room too, but didn't try that. Also was able to charge food and drinks to the room if you chose to. It was a one-stop hotel. Also had a patio with river view. Everything on the town seemed to be within decent walking range. Would have loved to stayed a little longer to check more stuff out - like the walking trail by the...

"I must say, we really enjoyed our stay in East Dubuque. We only saw a couple of other guests. It was very quiet and clean. It is an older hotel in need of some TLC on the outside. They need to write some checks for some landscaping service and some carpentry repairs. Then the place would look more appealing from outside."
