"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. The room was satisfactory, quiet, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. One of the best features was the dining; they serve hot meals until 10:30 PM, which was perfect for our late arrival. While you can find 'gourmet' food in the heart of Rome, the dinner and service here were surprisingly good for an airport location. To top it off, the checkout process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced—we simply dropped our cards and hopped onto the shuttle, which was prompt and efficient. If you understand you are at an airport and keep your expectations realistic, you’ll have a great stay."
