"The apartment is spacious and clean with all you need for a pleasant stay. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the ad, which I did really enjoy, was the outlook from the wonderful big windows. "This space has all the charm and quirks that make a city visitor feel a funky, fun vibe! The location was superb for walking to the historic sites as well as the most iconic shopping and food. Fell in love with the exceptional circular staircase and all the skylights ~ just added to the historic charm of the exposed beams and kitchen with all the modern necessities with an old school feel. "Carpets were worn, but who cares? Clean room, good staff; biggest issue was the air-conditioning. With record heat waves passing through Europe, the AC in the room was barely adequate. This is true for many Italian hotels, and I’m told in some rooms, the a.c. was better than in others, but this is something to look out for."
