"Great apartment, good size and clean. Polite, helpful and friendly owners. Only disappointment was that the pool got closed early for staying guests three afternoons because the pool was rented out to external guests, these guests did not have to wear swimming caps, etc. but staying guest had to. This should have been mentioned in the description on Expedia. "

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, besonders der Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung würde ich trotzdem nicht noch einmal mieten. Das Haus ist ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit alten Möbeln hat auf den 1. Blick Charme, aber es ist vieles kaputt und nicht funktional. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, ein altes wackeliges Gestell mi einer durchhängenden Matratze."

"Leider sind im Inserat Fotos einer Nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeit um das Inserat zu pushen. Zb. Die Bilder des Aussenbereichs. Leider ist das Leitungswasser in Oliveri Salzig! Sehr schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Überfüllte Straßen im August (Problematisch mit einem Kombi gewesen). Unser Auto wurde im Hof gerammt. Zugesicherter Parkplatz konnte nicht gestellt werden. "

Sono presenti tanti spazi esterni fruibili a piacimento . Posto auto ampio e comodo. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta o necessità. "Nicht gut fanden wir: - Meer ist zwar in der Nähe, aber unmöglich dort zu liegen/baden. Man muss also ein Auto haben,sich gut auskennen um an einen Badeabschnitt am Meer zu kommen. - Pool wie in der Beschreibung zwar vorhanden aber ohne Wasser und man sieht schon lange nicht mehr benutzt - Stromkosten sind fast doppelt wie normal in der Gegend - Besitzer geht davon aus das man den kompletten Müll beim Auszug entsorgt.
