"First of all the hotel did not look like anything in the pictures. The rooms were small and very dirty. The room had airconditioning but it only worked as a heater so you had to open the windows and it was very hot outside and not to mention extremely noisy 24/7 because of the restaurants and bars beside the property and the people living in that area are very noisy. This should not be called a hotel because they cant even offer their guest ice when it is so hot already outside! The staff are sarcastic and very rude! This "hotel" should be taken out of the offerings of this site because it ruins the image of the site. I've been using hotels.com for years and it is only now that I am extremely unsatisfied with a hotel under your roster. Don't stay in this "hotel" unless its probably winter."

"The hotel is nice and the rooms have high ceilings, but it needs a complete refurbishment. No view at all. 2 small windows opening to small row of backyard. The staff were nice. The bed was good and comfortable, and the breakfast was acceptable."
