"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."
