"The women who run this hotel really do it right. Everything is clearly explained and personalized. I loved the breakfast! They encouraged me to take what I didn’t eat back to my room. The location was perfect: close to all the attractions and a ten minute walk to the train station and a large Monoprix for groceries. I loved having dinnerware and a kettle to make tea or coffee. Just a real find. "

"Great and convenient location. Close to the hustle and bustle, but not in the middle of it. The Bar was pretty good for a quick stop when heading out or coming back, and was always well visited. The room was clean but very small- however, that was fine for us! Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby and all the sights and sounds are easily walkable. "

"Loved having a kitchen and the parking garage. The view from the breakfast dining was beautiful and all the staff were kind and helpful! I didn’t mind not having maid service every day. The location was just great!!"

"Cute safe place good for a sleep/shower before and after exploring the city. The door is password protected which was nice and there was basically always someone at the desk. Only negatives were the toilets made the halls/rooms smell if they weren’t left closed and that there was always something happening (I understand regular maintenance needs to be done but two of our four days had someone in our room). Probably not always a things just seemed like a lot in such a short span. "

"Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful."
