Mixed Stay - Don't stay here on Saturday!!

Really bad experience here on one night - very good on another. The problem here is that they book weddings - fair enough, but it should not affect guests that pay good money for a peaceful stay. We did not get this - noise from wedding guests (children and adults shouting in foyer and loud music until 3am). Complained 3 times. As a result we got up late, but not so late according to their advertised breakfast time (until 11am, we were there at 1040). There was literally nothing left except some bread and fruit. Had to ask for everything and the staff couldn't provide much of anything. Such a long queue for the coffee machine that had run out of milk. Staff cleared away our coffee that we left on a table with juice while we tried to get some toast - you couldn't make it up. The manager wasn't available all weekend either in person or on the phone and we were offered very little in the way of compensation - pretty pathetic to be honest. Monday was such an utterly different experience - quiet, great breakfast etc. This hotel really needs to respect the needs of guests when there are events. The reception staff were super lovely and tried to do their best, but the lack of manager on an event weekend is really poor in my opinion.

In a beautiful area with a castle near by, seems very deceiving to market a hotel as if it is located in the castle compound or is any type of castle itself. It was nice but it was not what we expected. Like staying inn the suburbs when you think you are going to the big city. If you want clean and safe, beautiful and nice English speaking people, this is a great choice.

We stayed for 6 nights,our room was clean the staff visited everday wuth ckean towels etc. Lots of choice at breakfast but the cooked section wasnt great, even if you was there early the eggs were overcooked cold and greasy, bacon not great. All other food was lovely, croissants were beautiful.

On arrival our room was overlooking the car park so we decided to upgrade at the cost of €45 per night. Our new room had great views and lots more space. Breakfast wasn’t great. I asked for eggs on the second morning and after waiting 20 mins they came out cold. Not sure why.

Highlight among hotels

This hotel was our holiday's highlight! Relaxing environment , thoughtful design , beautiful and almost meditative mood .You can always find different places to relax. The food divine , you certainly do not need to look for alternatives ! Staff dedicated and highly personal, we did not want to leave!

Lækkert hotel. Værelset var dejligt lydt, dog fik vi 2 enkeltsenge som stod i hver sin ende af værelset. Vi bad om at få en dobbeltseng eller hvor sengene stod sammen, da vores booking sagde dobbeltseng, men de havde ikke andre værelser ledige. De tilbød at flytte sengene sammen dagen efter når rengøringen kom. Vi flyttede selv sengene sammen, synes de burde havde tilbudt at gøre det for os ved ankomsten. Poolen var lækker med græs rundt om. Morgenmaden var god med frisk presset appelsinjuice.

Ett prisvärt hotel några mil från stränderna. Bra utgångspunkt om du framförallt vill utforska stränderna mot Cadiz. Hotellet som sådant är relativt nybyggt och saknar således lite charm men det vägs upp av faciliteter som pool och gym. Omgivningen kring hotellet saknar nästan helt restauranger, var beredd på att åka en bit eller äta på hotellets resturang som var ganska dyrö

freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, deutsche Fernsehsender, perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr umfangreich, es gibt nur eine begrenzte Auswahl und nur von 8-10 Uhr, dafür lecker.
