"Highly recommend!!! I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the San Marco area and want a short walk to major destinations and transport (less than 10 min walk to most places). The location is amazing as a home base. My room had cold AC, amazing WiFi, and was extremely quiet! They don’t have 24 hr front desk but check in instructions were extremely clear and sent to me ahead of time. Make sure to have cash to pay for daily resort charge of 4 euro a day. Hope this was helpful!"

"We traveled with a large party of 13 family members ranging from the ages of 15 to 74. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and included eggs, sausage, fresh juices and different types of coffee. The only negative was the stairs you had to go up and down with your luggage but the staff was so wonderful and helped us with that as well. Thank you!!"

"Room had air conditioning which was the highlight of our stay. The bathroom was not connected to the room and was very hot and uncomfortable to use. This is a church which is also used as a hotel. Elevator was not serviced since 2008 and had a very quick closing time - beware. Also, can get locked in bathroom."
