"We had such a lovely time. Hosts were amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Was so much fun walking around the farm and visiting all the animals, especially for anyone travelling with kids.
Would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment has everthing you need and is in a good location to explore the area. Filomena was a very helpful host and was always on hand to advise. She took us on a very interesting walk around the town including a guided tour of the tower."

"VRBO owner Filomena Benevento's title should be the "ambassador" of historical city Tricarico! Filomena was gracious for having a late evening dinner with local goodies in the fridge due to our late arrival, to taking us on a tour of her city. Once she discovered we were wine producers from California on a research trip of Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Aglianico in the Basilicata wine region, she arranged the meeting of local Cantina owners to view their vineyards and very historic cantinas. We had an excellent stay here. The family (owners) are both warm and friendly, and the views are amazing. The room and bath are both spacious with a screened window for fresh air. Breakfast was typical Italian sweet breakfast, but they pivoted to accommodate my dairy allergy. Their on site restaurant is open for dinner on the weekends, and the food they served was delicious- my husband especially enjoyed the house made cheese and yogurt. If you like horses or just being out in the country, this...

We arrived late on a Sunday in a heavy downpour. The town is very remote and there were zero options to eat anywhere or not even any supermarket. The owner originally said that his restaurant was closed on Sundays, but then felt bad for us and opened it just for us. The meal was great and he only charged us 53 euros for a dinner with wine. That was very reasonable although he could've taken advantage of our situation and charged us significantly more. The town though has nothing to offer other...

We found our room spacious and absolutely clean. Ignazio and Donatella did all they could to be helpful. We had nice talks at the breakfast. I would stay again.

I woke up like new ready to discover an Italy not...

friendly, accommodating, great location, a very pleasant stay at a good price. Roberto & co. went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even getting various vegan goodies for the ample included breakfast. definitely more of a home or bed & breakfast feel than hotel. grazie mille!!

Great location in the heart of the community. Restaurants markets and stores in walking distance. Third bed was in middle of kitchen /living area. We were there during a music festival in the piazza, ended up with party goers sitting in doorway and smoking/ talking late into the night.
